Saponins can improve the physical and chemical performances of most water based agrochemicals used in foliar fertilising by reducing the water tension of the spray solution and improving target area interception.
||Light Yellow Powder|
|With Foliar Fertilisers||50 grams per 100 L water up to 200 grams/ha|
|Hydroponics||4 g per 1000 L of nutrient solution or 100 g per 50 L of Part A|
|Soil Application||1 kg/ha|
Where higher water rates are required for good foliar coverage, do not exceed maximum product rate per hectare. Sensitive foliage or plants should be test sprayed prior to full scale application. Frequencies are a guideline only and can be adjusted according to farm practices and/or in conjunction with crop monitoring. Ensure suitable spray conditions (e.g. temperature, humidity, wind-speed), prior to foliar application. Compatibility and/or performance cannot be guaranteed when combined with other products. Jar test for compatibility and spray test on small area before widespread use.
Store in a cool dry area out of direct sunlight. Do not pre-mix or store in diluted form.
Can enhance the effect of chemicals and caution should be used to observe detrimental increase in chemical efficiency e.g. lower chemical application rates may be necessary (unregistered chemicals only). Not registered for use with registered chemicals. – Saponins can generate copious foam at low concentrations.
