Customer Service Representative Roles
Nutri-tech has opportunities within our Customer Service team. We are seeking a suitable candidate to fill a Customer Support Officer role. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while managing customer enquiries (by phone, email and in the NTS Showroom), orders, invoicing and freight. Experience using Netsuite or similar ERP systems is desirable. Experience & knowledge within the agricultural space is highly desirable.
This full-time position is the first point of phone contact for the company, so exceptional phone manner is essential, as is a proven track record in customer service. The ideal candidate will have computer and typing skills, a willingness to learn, multi-tasking skills and be well spoken and presented. This is a busy role, where each day is varied.
