3-in-1 Complete Brewing Station

The Brewstar 200 – 3 in 1™ is a fully assembled, user-friendly brewing station engineered by NTS to make professional microbial brewing accessible to every grower. Compact yet powerful, it’s the ultimate triple-purpose solution for brewing aerobic inoculums, anaerobic ferments, and compost/vermicast extracts.

Key Features

  • 3-in-1 Design – Brew beneficial microbes, create anaerobic ferments like BAM™, or extract biology from compost/vermicast.

  • Flexible Volumes – Suitable for 100 – 200 L brews.

  • Complete Kit – Includes blower pump, diffuser, airtight lid with one-way valves, microbe extractor, mesh bag, hoses, clamps, and air filter.

  • Versatile Applications – Ideal for market gardens, golf courses, landscapers, and small farms.

  • Consistent Results – NTS-designed for optimal dissolved oxygen, agitation, and microbial proliferation.

Why Choose Brewstar?

Healthy soils thrive on microbial diversity. The Brewstar 200™ allows you to produce your own living inputs on-farm, reducing costs and improving soil resilience.

INSTALLATION:
1. Position air pump beside tank, 30 cm above water line.
2. Remove packing tape from barrel union O-rings and discard (tape for transportation only).
3. Connect the air diffuser to the drum via the two barrel unions (hand tight).
4. Attach supplied clear hose with supplied hose clamps to the tank inlet and the air pump outlet.

BREWING:
When using potentially contaminated water sources (e.g. dam water) treat water first using bleach (4% available chlorine) at a rate of 50 mL per 100 L of water. Proportional amounts of bleach will be required if the available chlorine % varies. Aerate for at least one (1) hour, until the smell of chlorine dissipates.
Aerobic Brew: With the pump turned on, add microbe food, Dominate-B™/Dominate-F™ (if required) and then microbial inoculum – refer to inoculums for specific brewing instructions, including required temperature and brew duration. Drum lid is not required during aerobic brewing.
Anaerobic Brew:The Brewstar 200™ is supplied with an air-tight lid and is also suitable for anaerobic brewing.

BREWER CLEANING:
a) At the end of the brewing process: Rinse all surfaces including the inside of the diffuser pipes (easily removed by undoing the two PVC barrel unions). Be careful not to dislodge the barrel union O-rings when cleaning. Apply Path-X™ as a spray at a dilution of 1:100 (10 mL to 1 L of water) to all brewing surfaces and allow at least 10 minutes before rinsing thoroughly and allowing to dry in storage.
b) If doing more than one brew consecutively: Rinse all surfaces with water and wipe down brewing surfaces between brews.
